is there anywhere in london where?
i can take my pen drive to recover files that have been corrupted by a virus? i really need to recover those files and i was wondering if any of the high street retailers such as pc world would have data recovery service, thanks for your answers.

I did notice that some of the retailers in Tottenham Court Road were offering a date recovery service for damaged hard drives, so suggest they might be able to deal with pen drives as well.
Maybe PC world can advise you about somewhere that can manage data recovery, if they do not themselves do it, as I rather suspect they don't.

I'm a pro and I can recover data if there is no physical damage to the drive. From the way you worded the question, I assume that it is not a job for you to try.
I would take the drive out of your machine and put it in a working machine. Not too many users can do that safely.
If there is non-physical damage, it makes it much harder. If there is physical damage, it is unlikely that it is worth the very high expense of having it done. You can NOT see physical damage, by the way, because it is almost always internal.

Haha, just put it in the body tag my dear.
Go to your template, Ctrl + F . You should be able to find a tag like that. Then just paste the above script anywhere below it (I'd advise you to paste the script directly BELOW the tag to prevent confusion for yourself)
